Subject: The Didact is Dead. (Evidence posted with my Analysis)

Waypoint Moderators aren't really Moderators, just power hungry and its goal is defend their beloved Halo at all costs. (Meaning that they wank Halo too much.)

BS Angel is alleged foe so, be wary of Waypoint and its moderators! Do not attempt to move to Waypoint. Enter your own risk.

*WARNING* IT IS MY OPINION.

How is chief not a forerunner? Quote from the monitor,"you are forerunner, but this ring is mine". That is a pretty direct answer.

It was clearly stated that "forerunner" is a title, anybody could be a "Forerunner" by fitting the requirements, which i have no knowledge on what they are.

Wrong. The race called themselves 'Forerunners' (translation,) because they acknowledged they were just a step in the stewardship of the Mantle, and that they wouldn't last forever. Chief is Forerunner. He'll become Didact Chief.

Once again, wrong. Forerunner is a title for those people.

And that monitor as 343 was rampant, end of story. Once again, he will not doing brevet mutation because he is not forerunner.

Surely you are trolling.

We number floors to tell what level you are on in a building, in order to get to level 3 you have to pass level 2. So The forerunners see themselves as a step thus, eventually, somebody will be on the same level as them and can be called a "forerunner" until they rise to the next level.

I love how you are assuring the most preposterous claim as "correct" even though it has no relevance, support, or even implication. Chief is a human; though if activating the array was something that needed to be done in order for to be a "forerunner" then he very well could be. But nothing you are saying makes since from any perspective whatsoever.

Don't -blam!- with Kerser!

I don't believe this:

"I... I closed my eyes and, and made it so... With the power of my mind..."

I think I see where I was wrong.

Even if he is dead in all forms it does not exclude or cancel possibilities of his "long plans".

Mutations, imprinting, superior technology and the fact his wife has/had the rank of Lifeshaper I reserve room for Didact plans or even full blown return.

I also don't believe such "long plans" are the Cryptum references to his shield world plan either. I believe they're two separate plans.

I think he's saying that the Chief is a Forerunner in the sense that the name Forerunner is a title, apparently given to those who have inherited the Mantle. Since Spark preceeds the line "you are Forerunner" with the line "you are...the inheritors of all they left behind," it is a possibility he was referring to the title, not the ancient race we call Forerunners.

Both you and Wolver are jumping to conclusions, though--we do not know what exactly being "special" in Librarian's eyes meant. We do know humans and Forerunners share a very similar genetic structure, so perhaps it's that. My point is: whose to say that the humans weren't chosen beause of our genetic similarities, brought about by both being created by the Precursors? It would make the possibility of a mutation more probable, mutation not unlike that which was performed on the Chief, just more advanced.

But as we have no proof of either side, we cannot say this is possible or impossible. It is merely speculation.
