I can understand the part about the energy sword, allthough I really like it.
It is totally different from the first game (or from the single player?), so I understand that not all people are happy with it.
I don't think anyone can have serious complaints about the graphics, as they look awesome (that's a fact ! ), and the single player will give us the eye-candy, while the multiplayer will keep the gameplay alive... That's how I see it. I buy the game for the single player, and when I've got enough of the eye-candy, I challenge my brother and friends (and parents, but they don't like videogames, so they never play 'em :-) ). That way I can keep enjoying the fabulous gameplay, without it getting repetitive.
