Inheritor #156 :p

Since day one and i'm 26 now.

  • 12.29.2011 2:04 PM PDT

I'm 26 and I'm ashamed to admit it, but I started with Halo 3. Then I got Halo 3: ODST, then I acquired Halo: CE and 2 at the same time, then Reach, and finally Halo Wars. I'm a huge fan and I wish I started sooner.

I am 37, played pong, Atari and NES growing up. Got out of gaming in college due to lack of time (cut into drinking time and girls). Decided in 2010 to get back in with the 360 starting with H3, loved it. Played ODST campaign, Reach and bought H2 to play campaign. Will get CEA this weekend since I didn't get for Christmas.

Have played a lot games and shooters since getting my 360 in July 2010, but always migrate back to halo. Now I have my 10 year old daughter hooked on it.

Not sure who you're talking to, but I for one have had about 7.

One came with my xbox, and the guy said just to keep using it till it ran out. Then I made my second one that I stuck with through Halo 2, at least until the 360 came out and it wouldn't let me use it for some reason, so I made another one.

All the others have been 1 month free trials people have given me accounts from, when I couldn't renew this one. I'm currently playing on another account, that started as a free trial.

The person who started this thread has three accounts in his group making it look like there are more people joining then there really is. That is my point on how you should be up front with people.

Just when I thought is was safe to return to the water? The thread is asking "How long have you been playing Halo" nothing more. Thanks for the bump!

Like I first posted, Been playing for 10 years now and to take it one step further I prefer teaming up with people close to my own age. I am 51, how long have you been playing Halo?

I have been playing for 8 years and am 55 years old. Maybe I should check into that Senior Center I could use the free instruction? I have a hard time with my "game awareness" and keeping up with the kids.

You should check out the "Senior Center". In fact, I am good friends with MLG Pro UoR Ghostayame and once the group has 8 members I will ask Ghost to "bro me out" and give use a free lesson.
Wat

How did this happen?

Member of team Master Theory.

17th Mythic Conqueror of Halo 3.
5th Mythic Conqueror of ODST.
If you would like to know more about Mythic difficulty please go to this thread. Thank you.

Please do not send me "recruitment messages" as I'm not interested in joining any groups currently.

Ghostayame is also a member of Ancient Warriors, a gaming community for over 30s IIRC. I'm pretty sure he spends a bit of time giving out lessons there too.

At least that was the case back in the summer when I played against AW in the HC BTB tournament. When scheduling with them I checked their site out and saw that, I think they also have/had a Bnet group too.

For whatever reason you continue throw insults at me, WHY? As for your quote, I really could not have said it any better myself.

Yeah, threads like this actually give me hope that I'm not the only adult playing Reach.

Hmmmm, Oh, hello!

Started playing both CE and Halo 2 on October 2004, I was 8 at that time, I'm 14 now.

  • 01.03.2012 2:38 PM PDT

Started with CE on the pc, then dropped out of gaming until Halo 3 came along. Now playing Reach, ODST firefights, and Halo 3 online.

Old enough to remember playing Breakout and Centipede at the corner store on the way to school. Just turned 50.

Sup, I'm Vette. My online name is usually Corvette19, so if you see me at another website, that's my name. I first started playing Halo when I was in the 4th grade, now I've graduated. I believe that was 2002-2003? Anyways, I've been with Halo for a long time. I mod Halo PC/CE so just hit me up if you want to. My Xfire=Corvette19. That's all I can say pretty much..
