While it really comes down to personal preference, I would argue that you have left out many of the best songs from the Marathon 1 soundtrack including:
Swirls
New Pacific Reprise
Leela
Splash
Guardians

From Halo 1, two of my favorites were always:
A Walk in the Woods
Under Cover of Night

Personally I've always felt Halo 2's campaign to be underwhelming and unsatisfying, yet considered the soundtrack excellent (with the notable exceptions of non-Marty-composed inclusions). My two favorites from Halo 2 have to be:
Heretic Hero
In Amber Clad

And lets not forget Myth: The Fallen Lords and Myth II: Soulblighter (also composed by Marty).

Myth: The Fallen Lords
Seven Gates
Forest Heart
The Watcher
Epilogue
The Siege of Madrigal

Myth II: Soulblighter
Into the Breach
The Baron
The Stair of Grief
The Great Library
Through the Ermine

Also both Marty and Power of Seven contributed to the Oni soundtrack, which while certainly not my favorite, was still good.

Personally my favorite soundtrack is Halo 1 because it is fundamental and critical to the campaign experience. The music is such an important part of the campaign that just listening to the soundtrack will take me back to exact moments in the game where that particular piece of music was playing.

Covenant Dance always reminds me of the grav lift room on Truth and Reconciliation. A Walk in the Woods always takes be back to the corridors of Assault on the Control Room. Under Cover of Night always brings me back to walking up and out of the underground tunnel and into the snowy night to go destroy the final pulse generator on Two Betrayals. For me, no other Bungie soundtrack has such a visceral and fundamental connection with its campaign experience.
