If you can not control your aim you could always pick a lower sensitivity - making your aim more steady. But you might not be able to turn around as fast as before and be able to for example fire the rocket or "out DMR" the guy who was behind you and make your whole gameplay slower. But still, a steady aim, particularly with the DMR, is worth a lower sensitivity. If you notice that you lose a DMR battle because of your aim being to fast, then try lowering it.
Or you can just practice more with the DMR so that you yourself get the hang of it. Play custom games!
BTW, is it No-bloom, Bloom or both you lose the battle in?
