Subject: Which fictional character would survive longest in the Halo Universe

Q from Star Trek.

Lieutenant Commander Davian Regal Zero (click name for Image), the main character of a book I wrote. He was born a human but transformed into a 'Combat Android', the first generation of super-soldiers created by the corrupt Mega-Corporation known as Titan Corp. He blames Titan Corp. for stealing his humanity, and accuses Titan and other Mega-Corporations around the planet for cooperating with one another to overthrow the free civilizations of the Milky Way Galaxy, and enslave them under a high-tech monetary network power grid spanning over every major planet in the Galaxy. Davian leads a spec-ops team of highly trained individuals from every species and specialty, known as REGAL (Recon, Espionage, and General Assault Land) Team.

As an Android, he is capable of lifting ten times his body weight (UNARMORED), and when equipped with his TDAS (Titan Deep-space Armor System) M3 XKS Power Armor that number is multiplied by three. Davian also has the ability to awaken dormant regions of his brain, which allows him to manipulate fields of energy, this includes, but is not limited to; forceful blasts of energy capable of tearing limbs, organs, and equipment, to shreds, it also passes through artificially generated fields of energy with no issue. Levitating and controlling objects, and surrounding himself with nearly indestructible fields of energy, this also weakens him the more he uses it, however, mind you. He must take time to rejuvenate himself before using it again. Zero has unparalleled leadership abilities, communication/diplomatic abilities, combat abilities, is trained in twelve different types of Human Martial Arts, and six others from various civilizations and cultures on other planets or other regions of space.

I honestly don't know of anyone other than Neo or Vader from any Science Fiction saga, game, film, or otherwise, that could take this guy down, other than the enemies he fights within the story itself, which come close to doing it on several occasions.

I enjoy halo for it's story and when I am in the mood, its gameplay. Reach was significantly worse then I expected but was still a great game (minus the european hitscan fiasco). I am sitting on a two mile wide fence on the subject of halo 4. Most of the things I like a technical aspects though and not story or game play. Plus I am slightly mad they took my elites from MP.

OK, add Chaos Space Marines and just about anything else in the 40k universe, but doesn't the Warhammer 40k-verse span SEVERAL Galaxies...?

Samus would be able to do everything Master Chief did and then some >:D And she could probably do it all with no back-up whatsoever as she's almost always running solo against stuff that at least just dangerous as the Covenant...and she destroys whole planets on a semi-regular basis :O
This. Samus would annihilate both the Covenant, and the Flood.

Yeah the UNSC probably would've won a few more battles with him on their side.

He could do master chiefs job and then some with his ridiculously OP physic powers super strength and rune blade.

Yeah... Pity he's stuck permanently in a big chair... No, literally, the chair is the only thing keeping him alive.

Anyone in a nanosuit (crysis) could probably do pretty well. I wouldn't be surprised if the nanosuit could also co-opt Flood DNA somehow, they do some stuff in Crysis 2 that borders on being magic. They can even store a wearer's personality and preserve it after death.

A party hat; you don't get one. An honor will this party be, a party in your honor, for your honor. Some of Tfear's personal guards are going to be there. You'll be introduced shortly.

Prepare to die.

I could see Alcatraz or Nomad from Crysis making it pretty far.

Edit: I take it back Gordon Freeman

Sort of... 4OK itself does not but the Tyranids have been announced in white dwarf to have eaten thousands of galaxies and rendered extinct millions of species, if this is what you are refering too then yes but otherwise no. 40k has only one galaxy that is central to the story and any others are fluff to make it feel like a "real" universe.

I'm sure if the Space Marine got within melee distance he'd lay the pounding on Davian, but Davian can manipulate pure energy to his disposal. I'll have you know this isn't Biotics like in Mass Effect, where it is rapidly moving fields of dark energy, but is in fact pure energy, and is capable of ripping machinery apart regardless of the alloy it is made from. If the Space Marine was caught off guard he'd be dead *snaps fingers* like that. Also, the United Nations Military Fleet numbers at roughly 100,000 strong, and the Zodiac Empire, roughly 2,000,000. Not to mention the Unfallen, a virus which has conquered thousands of Galaxies and infected millions of species, just like the Tyranids.

And in all actuality, I think the Unfallen would stomp the Tyranids, seeing as their basic elementary chemical makeup is identical to that of Aggregated Diamond Nanorods (the densest substance known to man) which is the crystallized form of fullerenes, inside of which can be found large amounts of antimatter. And with the Unfallen this isn't just any form of antimatter, it is antimatter in its purest form. When airborne in its viral stage, the Unfallen utilize this form of 'pure antimatter' to turn all positively charged particles around it into negatively charged energy, basically corrupting everything it touches with negative energy, transforming all biological life it comes into contact with into Unfallen biomass, just simply upon inhaling this negative energy one will begin to transform into an Unfallen minion. Within an hour an entire planet can be turned into a barren wasteland, crawling with Unfallen anti-beings. So, in essense, due to their elementary chemical makeup, one could consider the Unfallen the ultimate physical manifestation of pure evil.
