Subject: A Little Note Links Halo 2 and Halo Legends: The Babysitter

I am surprised no one noticed this, but I saw a similarity. In Halo Legends, the film "The Babysitter" there are a group of ODSTs working with Cal-141. One of the ODSTs' name is O'Brien.

Now, look at the film "Another Day at the Beach" which came with the Halo 2 Multiplayer Map Pack disc. After that Pelican goes down, an ODST says "Sir, O'Brien is down." Of course, on the Halo Nation wiki, it is spelled O'Brian with an A instead of an E for the bonus map pack film. But either way, what if they were both the same person? I mean they were both ODSTs! Not to mention the fact that Dutch was with him during the Prophet assassination mission, and on Earth he was about to drop from low orbit while his old teammate was below fighting Elites!

Anyways, tell me what you think.

I enjoy halo for it's story and when I am in the mood, its gameplay. Reach was significantly worse then I expected but was still a great game (minus the european hitscan fiasco). I am sitting on a two mile wide fence on the subject of halo 4. Most of the things I like a technical aspects though and not story or game play. Plus I am slightly mad they took my elites from MP.

Nice! Though if anything I would have expected O'brian to be one of the coutless other ODST's that droped on Solemn Pennance, before it slipspaced the hell out of there

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

O'brien is probably dead, became a Flood form, or possibly went to the Ark.

Wow! It's almost like they're both in the UNSC or something! It could be the same, could be a coincidence. It's hardly important either way.

I just thinks it is nice that some characters come back. Plus I am just someone who tries to pay attention to all the details.

Just saying that this was pretty obvious back in 2010 when Legends first released, as soon as most Halo fans saw his name was O'Brian.
