A lot of people?
Out of the people in my school
4 people have Xbox 360s.
Out of the people I play with on Halo 2
3 people have Xbox 360s, not counting the original four.
I haven't looked at any sales records, and while I admit that Microsoft has sold enough 360s to be able to keep making more, I do not admit that a "lot" of people have Xbox 360s.
10 Million seems VERY high. And even so, there are nearly 4 billion people in the United States.Actually, there's less than a billion in the US, go fact check. There are barely 8 Billion in the entire world, and most of them in China.
And you can not judge the graphics of a single game, and think that applies to the whole console. The graphics, while limited by the system, are ultimately decided by the creators of the game you are playing.
Play Final Fantasy Nine on the Playstation One.
Then play Halo 2.
Looking only at the cutscenes, FFIX blows Halo 2 out of the water. I must protest, that is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard.
An inferior system, but superior graphics? Not unless you're a half-blind kid from the tart-cart.
Note: The rest of FFIX is not as great graphics-wise, but you get the point I am making, I am sure. No, no I really don't. The cutscenes are nowhere on par with Halo 2's, or even Halo's cutscenes. They are VERY good for a 5th generation game, but they're fully prerendered, and are lacking lots of specular highlights and detail work present in Halo and Halo 2. The PS simply could not handle those in real time.
