No.... thats not what unbalanced means...Take for instance the sniper in H2 since this SUPER WEAPON THAT COTROLS THE FATE OF EVERYONE has a 5 and 10x zoom nothing can reach it.....so the sniper camps. Oh lets say at small base in Ascention while his team just covers him close range thats unbalanced cause the BR sucks too much to reach out and zoom out the sniper and who the hell is not good with 5 or 10x zoom couse if your not kill yourself.....
