Hey I'm Templarx72991 and I'm looking to join a clan.    I have been clan leader of a few clans so I'm familiar with clan structures, and what most look for.  I act mature most of the time, but hey sometimes I goof around to rid the stress that high respectable clans press against their members, and to have fun.  Not saying all are like that.  I prefer small to medium sized clans.  Small being around 10-20 members and medium being respectably around 30-40 members.  Clans with a stable clan structure, rules, activity, and a Democracy would be great.  I prefer not to join a clan that doesn't use Bungie, but I guess it's adequate.    Changing my emblem is no problem with me along with armor color.  I refuse to change my gamertag just to fit in or to be a part of a clan.  Anyways if you want to know more of what I'm looking for in a clan,  or possibly think I would like to join please message me.

I. Basics
Introduction: Hello I am Private First Class Affliction of Alpha Company, Zulu PLatoon in the Dropshock Brigade, I'd like to offer you a chance to be in one of the most mature, active and structured Halo Reach clans around. Currently we have more than 50 members from six different countries. Our clan is filled with great members who like to have fun and be competitive. If this clan interests you, please read on:

II. What We Have To Offer
Gaming- Our clan has plenty of clan matches against other clans. We do plenty of matchmaking amongst ourselves, and also have practices throughout the week to improve our gameplay. In these practices, we not only learn new strategies but also improve chemistry amongst ourselves.

Entertainment- Our clan hosts multiple game nights every week for the enjoyment of everyone. Not only do our members attend but anyone who wishes to go may participate. The two Lieutenants in the Brigade create a podcast every week to keep everyone up to date and interested in the affairs of the clan. We regularily schedule clan matches to gain recognition among other clans and to form strong relationships between clans.

Professionalism- Our clan acts as respectful and professional as possible at all times. But, not only is our behavior professional, so is our website. Our website was created by scratch from our founder, Vitamin, and he has maintained it ever since. Just glancing at our website will show you just how serious we are, and will accurately express how we handle the clan.

Community- We have members from all over the globe and there will always be someone online. Our members are the reason the Brigade is special. Each of their individual efforts and personalities contribute to the Brigade's success for the past two years. We have a forum on our website where you can communicate with other personnel off xbox live. Our members are some of the most friendly and respectful peeple you could hope to meet over the internet. We are always looking out for each other, and are always looking to help one another.

Promotions- Promotions aren't easy to come by in the Brigade. If you want one, you need to work for it. Throughout your time in the Brigade, you will learn what it truly means to be a leader. You may think that it is just for gaming, but it teaches you lessons in life for the future.

III. Becoming a member

Enlisting: To get into the brigade, you must first register on our website and fill out the Enlistment Form. Make sure to fill everything out and read the page following the form.
This is where you begin your enlistment process which is kind of like a screening where you have to prove to us that you want to be in the clan. After you fill out the enlistment form, you need to stay active on both our website and on xbox live. During this time, you will have to obtain a sponsor, which is someone who looks after you and assists you with any problems or concerns you may have. If you have a sponsor and you have been a Recruit for at least a week, you will be eligible for bootcamp where we test you on your communication skills in the game. Finally, you take an exam that tests you on your knowledge of the Brigade.

If you have any questions check out our FAQ section.
Otherwise contact me on XBL, Gamertag is DSB Affliction.
See you on the battlefield.

Hi, I'm from the Shire. It's a group that I started roughly 2 days ago and it's growing at an unexpected pace. We're the only known Lor dof the Rings group on Bungie.net and we'd love new fans of the series as well as old ones. You'll find there's quite a few surprises awaiting when you join.

Hey. What sounds like your looking for sounds exactly like my clan, DKO. We are pretty much everything you mentioned in the forum, we are cool and chill, there's not that much of us right now which means an average of about 10-15 players. Changing emblem and color is required but not changing gamertag. Even though I did change my gamertag to show respect for my clan leader because he works so hard with the clan. My gamertag is DKO SparingNut. We are very organized. We have rules but not strict. We have fun playing custom games and matchmaking. Our clan has four branches. Plus clan meetings and other activities. If you are really interested, send me an xbox live message to DKO SparingNut and check out our website at darkknightsorderforums.webs.com. I hope to hear from you soon.

I like how non-Bungie based private group forums were described as "adequate", whut???

The forum software here is beyond obsolescent, beyond obsolete even. It's so old in the computer world its code is in the computer museum next to ENIAC.

Fact is ANY forum solution off Bungie, even free ones, are exponentially superior to the forums here.

Let's see... The reason I haven't joined any clans is because it is always the same ones. In addition these clans post the same damn annoying crap. Ya some are close to what I am looking for, but none catch my attention. So sorry if rejecting the clans pisses you, but I honestly don't care.
