CPO Mendez: "A leader must be ready to send soldiers under his command to their deaths."

I've heard that the Noble Team Spartans are actually Spartan IIIs in Spartan II armor. Is this true? If not and they are in fact IIs, does anyone know if the number of SPartans in the games and int he extended universe stretches the canon of there only ever being 35 combat ready IIs available?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Spartan II armor.
What's that? Are you talking about MJOLNIR?

Well any armor that has energy shielding I guess because the Spartan IIIs usually use the camo panel armor that has no shields. So yh MJOLNIR

They are S-III(Spartans, series 3), but for gameplay reasons they were given MJOLNIR.
In the books(I'm not 100% sure) they game other normal soldier and S-III fake copies of MJOLNIR without shields to boost moral.

This applies all except for Jorge, who is a S-II
