I found this on a website about printers, but it should apply to computers and leafblowers, too:Don't Fry Your Printer!A recent phone conversation with a customer revealed that he heard a crackling noise followed by burnt smell coming from his printer. Now the printer won't work! I asked what he was doing when that happened and he said he was using a vacuum cleaner to get the dust from inside his printer. While you should regularly clean your printer, electrically powered cleaning devices should never be used to around your computer or printer. They can cause a tremendous amount of static electricity and fry your printer's circuit boards. Use a battery operated vacuum or compressed air to clean your printer.
wow thanks for the tip, this will really help me improve my halo skills. Now that I'm sure my printer is clean, i can concentrate on halo.
LOL. While Simonjester may have a point with not using leaf blowers on your printer the origin of the leaf blower joke was that fastmatt used a leaf blower on his computer and that significantly decreased his ping, it had nothing to do with his printer.
