They legally have the rights to my first born.
In fact, they own all rights to everyone on Bnet's first born. It was in the Terms and Conditions that you accepted when you signed up.
Good thing I'm not a lady person and won't be "borning" anyone!

Ha ha! Loophole!

They just mortgaged Park Place.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Bungie:
Marathon series
Pathways into Darkness
Gnop (Yes I'm counting it)
Minotaur: Labyrinths of Crete

Not owned:
Myth series
Oni
Halo series

Games they published:
Abuse
Weekend Warrior
Crimson

How is this wrong?

No, I used your quote to show the OP that he was wrong, because he said that Bungie did not own Marathon.

Bungie owns Bungie and I'm pretty sure they're happy with just that.

Okay, yeah OP Bungie still owns Marathon, kick ass game BTW.

I wish Bungie still owned Myth though, it was a great game.

But yeah, some of their biggest series are now owned by other publishers. Take 2 is doing nothing with Oni and the Myth series right now and Myth 3: Wolf Age made by Take 2 was an utter failure becuase they -blam-ed up the Myth series.

Bungie owns the rights to a team of highly dedicated and talented employees, from B.net to production/development.

After some more research they don't own marathon. Those rights were given to TakeTwo when Microsoft bought Bungie.

Thank god they don't own Marathon or else we would never have the source code or have Marathon for Ipad/Iphone.

No.

You're so cool for thinking you have the grounds to point sarcastic words at another user when that users response is obviously justified.

Come on now bro, lets be realistic here. And for you, growing up a tad might be helpful as well.

But hey, you can think what you want kiddo.

Dude, WTH. Seriously? There's no need to be an ass about this. You're posting on a video game developers website. There really is no need to be rude. Show some respect.
