Im thinking whilst watching some halflife2 vids, how interactive will halo2's enviroments be, we've all seen the cars blow up, but will we be able to topple parts of buildings onto enemies. Of course it wont be as interactive as halflife2 as you wont have the gravity gun, but just being able to, say, throw a grenade at a small building and watch it topple in a realistic manner from the blast point onto your enemies would be incredibly cool and i think in a game of this high an expectation this should be possible.
What are your thoughts?

That Half-Life 2 video is amazing. You can even push a table in front of a door to stop the enemy from getting in. Plus, you can shoot down a bilboard or a beam on a wire and it can go down and crush your enemies. That's hella-interactive. I just hope Halo 2 can even try to compete with Half-Life 2's interactiveness (if that's even a word).

from what I have read and seen of the Halo 2 videos is that pretty much everything will be destructible. Not in the way half life 2 is gonna be, but if theres a dude running up the stairs you can shoot the stairs with a rocket and they will collapse in on him. Bungie has stated though, that this will not always be true because they want to be able to keep some things from being completely destroyed.
