Do you want the ability to duel wield like in Halo 2? I know I don't. I want weapons were there isn't a superior weapon. In H1, EVERY weapon was equal to the others, it just depended on which one you were better with. For example, the sniper didn't dominate every match. Even a plasma rifle could take down a sniper easily with its stun effect. In H2 there are "Power Weapons" and "Bad weapons" and that makes it so the team or player that gets to a particular weapon first, will gain a huge lead. I hope it goes back to H1 style weaponry.

duals = noobs, wherever there are duals there are noobs holding them. (my opinion sorry if offensive)

Two AR's would be difficult to hold... Even for the chief. And I agree with you ADiC.

That's not true. In Halo CE the Pistol was the ultimate weapon. There was no counter weapon. Get the Piston and you dominated. In Halo 2 there is always a counter weapon or counter move to every weapon.

I don't think they should od dual-weilding anymore, also bring back the old pistol, all they have to do is lower the range a little and the damage a little and that weapon would be perfect.

How fair is it for a guy to be able to win a fight against a rocket launcher with a pistol? How fair is it for a guy with a pistol to have just as much range as a guy with a sniper rifle? sounds to me like you want everyone to have the same weapon. BORING! I like the variety. I hope Halo 3 has even MORE variety... including dual wield.

I hate duel wielding, and would love to see it removed from Halo 3, but it just wouldnt make sense to remove a feature from Halo 3,.

Don’t get mad if I flame you because you cannot spell, or because my three year old has better grammar and etiquette than you.

It was already added in Halo 2, it would be rather stupid to go back to being retarded and only using one hand when you have two.

All this -blam!-ing and moaning about noobs and the like is getting old. Either learn to play or sell your console.

If this were a real fire fight, you would use two guns if you had the chance, if you dont like it play singles only games, or customs, but dont start -blam!-ing about it.

As far as the duel wielding goes, I could care less. But for balanced weapons? Weapon superiority is a touch of realism. Here, you hold this Glock 17C, and I'll use this Stinger Missle Launcher. Ready, go.

That's just the point I'm trying to make. I think weapon differenciation is needed.

And yes, I just destroyed any bit of English that was in that word.

Vote No. It didn't work well in Halo 2, dwing takes no skill, and it's unbalanced.

Give us an online game without dual-wielding and rediculous auto-aim Bungie. If some of your recent Halo 2 fans can't kill a person without prayin and sprayin with dual smg's, then they can go back to playing Halo 2.

Yes, dual wieding gave the player more options, one can chose between having one weapon and being able to melee and throw grenades or have two weapons. The duals could be be balanced better too.

I doubt the guys in the War in Iraq are saying, "I wish we could have some of those old guns from The Viet Nam War back."

Bungie... if a guy can't kill without using the BR then they should go back and play Halo CE. Give us a game with a wide variety of weapons so we can have fun.

I care if it takes skill, as well as everybody here except you. If the game took no skill and relied heavily on luck, then EVERYBODY would get bored with the game and move on. Halo 2 does take skill (believe it or not) even though most of it is strategy and not aiming. Which is why most of us keep playing the game and hoping to rise in rank.
So shut up kid.

Nope. Dual wielding made the game cheap and too easy.

dual wieldings for noobs is it, and using a Br with the aim assist isnt dual wieldng makes the game alot less boring and makes more sense in a war

actually that's not true, the weapons were really very balanced in H2. In H1 the sniper dominated HUGE.
