Vengeance only leads to an ongoing cycle of hatred.

This may be extremely old and been discussed to death. (If so, just lock mods. No need to warn me.)

Has anybody else noticed that when you click 'message user' it automatically goes to the message and titles it "Re:*insert thread title here*"

This is probably all moldy, but whatevs.

It's an odd default setting that aims to assist the user. Idk how effective it is, but ya know, whatever.

Who the hell do you think I am?

I guess it's because it's just easier to know what a PM is about if someone sends you it.

It's because the system was written assuming that, since you are messaging someone from within a thread, that you will be messaging them about said thread.
Otherwise you would just go to their profile and click send message.

It's sort of useful, and it makes sense to an extent.

I have seen you future

It can be helpful, and the only harm it can cause is forcing you to delete it.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Yes, there're too many numbers in my name.

I rarely send private messages, so this is irrelevant to me.

OT: Yes, I have noticed that.

The Risk Is Worth The Reward.
Cry Havoc And Let Slip The Dogs Of War.

It's very useful if you want to a conversation from a thread into PM's. Gives the other member some kind of heads up when they first get the PM.

Just because of the "no need to warn me", I'd laugh if you got a warning. "We ain't nobody's -blam!-" would be the warning message. :P

Also, yeah, I like it. It's pretty useful when PMing people about a thread they posted in, as sam previously stated.
