Subject: Theater, File Share, and Temporary History Not Working!!!

So I just got my Xbox 360 slim hard drive (I have had Reach before I got it) and plugged it in. Co-op play works fine and everything but when I try to access theater, file share, or my temporary history, it says that I don't have a hard drive (when I obviously do!). I've seen other people's posts about how the problem is about your privacy or parental controls, I tried that anyway but that's not problem. Can anyone help?

Is it a 4gb? If so you don't have a hard drive you have a 4gb flash drive, you need an actual hard drive.

I bought the 4gb Xbox, but like two days ago I got the 250gb hard drive and plugged it in and the co-op online stuff worked instantly, but it says a have no hard drive for when I try theater and stuff. And I check like system and have plenty of memory.

Ohai, I'm Loscocco (pronounced Loss-cocoa). I'm a college student (computer science major), 3D animator, and long-time Halo player.

Didn't 343i update the game so that isn't needed?

I do not have any sort of flash drive, I have the 250gb HARD DRIVE that goes in the bottom of the Xbox concealed under that vent looking thing. Maybe I don't understand your question.

I've got no clue now but you could post this on the 343i forums since they are now in charge of Halo or call xbox support?

Ok, if that's true, how do I get the theater to work. When I go to 'system' on the dashboard it says I 258gb free, so I know the hard drive is plugged in. Then whats the problem? If you think you all ready answered that above could you give me more detail.
