If you wanna see an airplane cemetery, why don't you just find an old airplane and look at where it goes?

What improvements would you like to see in the artificial intelligence in Halo 3? There are a few things that I'd like to see in Halo 3.

First of all, if there are several enemies fighting you and you stay very near one of the enemies, then the other enemies will not throw any Grenades at you and they will not fire any explosives at you. This is because the enemies are afraid to accidentally hit their ally in their attempt to hurt you. Also, they will fire their weapons slower because they will try to shoot more accurately so that they don't hit their ally. In naval warfare, this is called crossing the T and this is one of the most effective strategies because you're getting between two ships so that neither ship will fire at you out of fear that they'll hit their friendly ship.

Also, if a Plasma Grenade is thrown near a character, then they should be able to hear the crackle of the Grenade and they should look in the general direction of where they're hearing the crackle from. If they see the Grenade, then they should run away from it. Also, if they hear a Fragmentation Grenade dropping near them, then they will adopt the same actions.

Last, characters should be able to see their enemies with Active Camoflauge if they are within twenty or so feet of them, but they should only notice them if the character with the Active Camoflauge is moving fairly quickly.

The AI already has the baddies move away from grenades, and it kinda defeats the purpose of Active Camo if the badies can see you.

it seems that your second suggestion would make the AI dumber, because why don't you just make the enimy your nearest to fall back and allow his allies to grenade you? You really wouldn't hear much of a 'crackle' from the plasma grenade because it had a 3 second fuse at least one or two of those seconds it is in midair... anyways enimies in halo 1 and 2 jumped from grnaeds

I would like to see the Covenant not just charge after once they see you, they should call for support via phantoms, and really give you trouble.

That's true, but they jump from the Grenades whether they see it or not. Also, the fuse for both Grenades start when they hit the ground.

Also they should have smartness. For example: When you are playin a 1v1 on a computer and you put his difficult on legacy than he plays very smart. If you have a sniper and u shoot at him once, then he knows you have one. So he tries to creep up on you and stuff. Also has abilities to counter attack you when he has a weaker weapon then you.

The AI already has the baddies move away from grenades.

I think that they should look for a Grenade before they jump away from it because that will make it so that if you throw a Grenade in an area that they don't see it in, then you'll be able to kill them pretty easily.

And it kinda defeats the purpose of Active Camo if the badies can see you.

It just makes it so that you can't run around with it if you're really close to your enemies, and that will make it so that you have to sneak around a little bit or stay out of their field of view when you're really close to them.

That doesn't change my idea.

The fuse doesn't start counting down until it hits the ground, and even then, if it moves a little bit, then the fuse starts over.

Anyways enimies in halo 1 and 2 jumped from grnaeds

I think that they should look for a Grenade before they jump away from it because that will make it so that they waste some time looking for it and they might not see it.
