In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Many of you have questions for mods, I hope we can make an official thread for you guys to get answers. So I started this one.

I don't know if we can have an official thread but seeing the concerns brought on by several threads I think we could do for an "official" thread on the mains.

Also: Please do NOT ask things like...
- WHY IZ I BANNED?
- WHY IZ I WARNED?
- WHAT IZ Bungie's NEXT GAME?

So, post your questions for Mods here and hopefully they will respond:

I hate you unless I'm drunk.

You know, there is an entire group for this right?

Best of random chance

Not all members want to use that. It'd help for people to use it, but you can't expect newer members to.

I know, but not that many people know. This is just an idea. Many people want quick answers without the PMs there may be less mod threads by making an official thread like this one.

I am hoping people can come here and just post questions that can be answered at the moderator's leisure.

I'd say this, but unless a higher authority does something, this will turn into a discussion about whether or not this thread should be official.

Why are you reading my signature? Who actually opens these things and reads them!

And as always, SEND ME A PM. Please. Or really bad things will happen to you.

What questions do you need to ask? Many of us know the rules just as well as the Mods. There's no need to trouble them and their salmony ways.

Oooh! Pick me! Pick me! I've got a question!

y u banz me??

Serious question.

When I was permabanned on this account, it was hell trying to appeal. Why is the process so... back and forth? Seriously, when the ban is unjust, and the ninja doesn't reply to your appeal, what else are you supposed to do? Other ninjas simply don't/won't do anything because they don't want to 'circumvent other ninja's', even if the punishment was clearly over the top (In my example, permabanned for making parody thread, first offence).

By memory, it took like three or so months before I was able to post again, and even then I wasn't told anything about my appeal.

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

On that note, TU said he loved me then banned me twice. And hasn't replied to any of my numerous PMs...

Do you know about time travel?

This thread would posssibly need confirmation from mods. However, I am not interestead in the whole idea of just a thread having a bunch of questions for mods. Especially when most of them are gonna be "Why did I get banned?".

I don't think this is needed.
There is an entire group dedicated to this sort of thing that you could send a user to, or you could just get them to PM the mod who they have a question for.

Yes, I AM just that awesome.

Why does this thread's title remind me of Airplane 2: The Sequel?

Key

Logic = Broken (I think)

If a mod logs onto the forums, they see right away that they have a PM and so are more likely answer them (theoretically; I could be very wrong).

I'd rather people PMed ninjas instead of making mod threads personally, though I can understand why some people wouldn't be familiar enough with us to do that. If you don't know which mod might actually be using the site, or if that mod usually even replies, then its easier to just make a topic.

I kinda preferred it when we locked all those kinds of threads. While most are valid questions, they still kind of feel like mod-bait threads, which I consider spam. That said, I don't mind not locking them now, I just preferred the old was on that one specific issue.
