Subject: betrayal system vs me?

Ok so recently ive been being booted from games alot... Like for example yesterday on team slayer I got the Sniper rifle and someone betrayed me for it. So I then betrayed them for it back and I get booted?

Yesterday I again had the sniper rifle and somebody kept shooting me to lower my shields for the enemy. They did this 5 or 6 times before messing up and betraying me. I betray them for my rifle... Again booted.

Yesterday I was in the wraith being shot at so I boosted behind the base to escape the DMR fire and as i went behind i accidently clipped a warthog with nobody in it. The warthog slid like one meter into somebody and I got booted for it.

Yesterday I got a yoink while in Armour lock because the enemy team were grenading me and one of them killed there own team, so I got the kill. The guy betrayed me for that. Later on in the game I accidently killed him and an enemy with a plasma grenade and he gets to boot me straight away?

Today on Zealot I threw a grenade towards my brother who was in Armour lock to kill the guys camping around him and some idiot on our team jumped in and yep you guessed it... I get booted.

Just now we got betrayed by some guy on our team for absolutely no reason 3 times in a row before it finally gave us the option to boot him.

What the hell is going on? Why do people betray me on purpose and I get no boot screen??? In the last 5 days it has come up 3 times... and out of the 20 times or so I've been betrayed of those 3 times it came up one was an accident...

It did not used to be like this? I mean I can understand a few times it thinking that the betrayal was purposeful but not every single time...

Does anyone else seem to have the problem or is it just me... It is incredibly frustrating being booted for genuine accidents when I get betrayed multiple times with no consequence's for the betrayer...
