Not necessarily. I suggest reading the FAQ on Extended Unicode, though. It might help.

EDIT: What is it you're trying to link to? There's extended unicode in the URL?

There you go. You just needed to encode the URL. The original URL now has "%E2%80%98red-lines%E2%80%99" rather than the weird quotes. Next time you need to do that, just find the extended Unicode in the URL, and encode it.

Wait...the -blam!- just happened? It's working.

Wait....I'm trying to copypasta that first paragraph.

Hm? What are you asking? CAVX's works, apparently. I just noticed that. Use that from now on. Disregard my previous message.

Okay but what about that first paragraph, I see no problems with it but it renders invalid.

Yes, I AM just that awesome.

You can parse the text through a script, I can't remember the name but it makes your posts look like this (Minus the colorful buttons).

I told you that! :P

It was in the URL, those quotes are extended Unicode and aren't allowed. CAVX's filter escaped them and turned them into those % things.

So, I found the problem and feel like a total dumbass. It was the title of the article. :P

*Bangs head on desk*

That would be posting tools. It's super useful. I use it, but I use a customized version. Yeah, it just says PARSE TEXT and it does it for you. I advise getting it.
