Basically, I make the best topics ever.

Feedback!
Duardo: This thread is locked for being stupid.
cortana 5 : It's perpetually my time of the month and I'm just grouchy.
Foman: I see absolutely no reason, either theoretical or practical, that this is not a superb idea. Excellent work, my friend.

I just saw a green monkey nut shot a small tan lizard(?) in a gunny sack.

It's a shame that gaming magazines have pretty much fallen by the wayside. I remember seeing ads like these all across my monthly issues of Electronic Gaming Monthly and GamePro.

*sigh* The good old days...

I want to play marathon now

Good, it is a great game, might make you motion sick though.

Why?

becuase the background doesn't move and it looks weird. It is like moving 3-D and part of the world is 2-D at the same time.

it looks weird at first.

It gave me the headache of my life on my iPad2 until I bought the HD graphics remake.

But that did not really help much... I got used to it...

And the Shadow fell upon the Land, and the World was riven stone from stone. The oceans fled, and the mountains were swallowed up, and the nations were scattered to the eight corners of the World. The moon was blood, and the sun was as ashes. The seas boiled, and the living envied the dead. All was shattered, and all but memory lost, and one memory above all others, of him who brought the Shadow and the Breaking of the World. And him they named Dragon.

Not 100%? Poor, Cortana. Poor. I'm going to have to punish you next PAX.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I'm a stubborn guy. I love to argue my opinion, but unlike others, I'll try to see your side of the problem. I'm a triathlete, with a very heavy empephis on the swimming bit. Also, don't hate on the ~Quinton~ at the end of my posts. Why are you still reading this? #creeper #hashtagcashmoney for hashtaging on Bungie.net

I hope they bring these type of ads back because they're awesome.

Unfortunately, if they made these today, they would be neck deep in lawsuits, complaints, and phone calls. "RABABA THIS AINT HEALTHY FOR TEH CHILDREN BLAHBLAHBLAH!"

Bungie's games are rated M. People complaining about it not being good for their children, when they aren't even supposed to be playing. And if the parents did buy the game for them, they take the responsibility of it. These lawsuits would go nowhere, and the complaints would be handled the way Bungie does.

Bungie games can kill you :p
Page 1 of 7, eh?
Height 6'1, eh?
27th of March, eh?

I think I'm beggining to see a pattern here ...

Anyway, it's kinda cool to see how Bungie used to be pretty damn "hardcore" back in the day, now everything seems pretty padded down in comparison. Ah but they have more people following them now, they have to keep a nice clean image, all child friendly and what not. Still, it would be pretty cool to see Bungie revert to their old ways for just a little bit.

I didn't think they were too "unlcean". And these are magazines read by "older readers", becuase people over 17+ are the target audience for Bungie games becuase they are usually rated M for Mature.

Even Myth: The Fallen Lords is an M game (it is pretty Graphic).

But, Bungie did many funny things back then and it does seem like they have tamed down with this stuff. But if you make ads like that, it gets people to look at them.

Eh, I don't quite remember the course. The assignment was to analyze a piece of art or an advertisement, explaining what the purpose of the piece is and how that is achieved.
