Subject: FireFox unable to access Bungie.net.

I'm not that active, but never dead.

I am using FireFox version: 1.5.0.3
Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2

FireFox error message: Error trying to validate certificate from login.live.com using OCSP - server is busy. Please try again later.

But it keeps on doing this again and again. I've been trying for 24 hours now.

Help please? Was there a change to the Forum Code that came along with the new forum?

That's odd, because I'm using FireFox 1.5.0.3 to view Bungie.net right now.

Okay, I changed my DNS settings to automatic, they weren't. Then I deleted all cookies related to Bungie.net and Live.com. That made it possible to view Bungie.net. But now when I try to sign-in, I get this message: Error establishing an encrypyted connection to login.live.com Error Code -5981

that error message looks like you're having issues with passport, not with b.net itself. maybe check the passport support site?

That is a passport error. Your browser seems to be unable to establish a secure (SSL) connection to passport to authenticate you. That is probably something wrong with your browser settings, as Passport works fine with Firefox.

Well, I don't what the problem was, because when I used IE it worked fine. As it is, I am using FireFox right now. I did a hard reset of all the settings for FireFox(Cookies and Cache as well), and then set my internet connection to defaults as well.

I think it was that, because I had been changing the IP DNS settings so I could play Marathon on an older version of Aleph One ( I blame Taz).

It's all fine now, and if anyone else gets that same error msg, try doing what I did.

Psssht. You're the one who decided to play it on an older version of Aleph One, not me.

As for the error, I can't say I've ever had that happen to me in Firefox before. IE, however, is another story.
