with halo 3 being on the 360, even if it might miss a couple of wished things.
you shouldn't worry at all, we can download it later on.
i mean, look at kameo. it was a one player game but, now they added in co-op gameplay.
the only bad thing is,
we have to pay for certain things in the download market place.
this outta keep bungie bringing out loads of extra content for halo 3 for a small price.
maybe,
at first we get new, new, new weapons to play around an test for bungie.
then with time we could download all the halo CE weapons, and all the halo 2 weapons.
but, due to all these weapons clashing together making gameplay unbalanced; they should have different matchmaking playlists dedicated to these class of weapons. EX, CE Big Team Battle, H2 Slayer, H3 Skirmish.
We should still have matchmaking in these three sections,
Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3.
just pick your game, and go online with those class of weapons. all accesible on the 360. with all our content, we could play with our classic weapons in a brand new game. thus, pleasing those that have love for CE or halo 3 weapons.
in my mind,
it is possible to download all these new things with our 360.
well, that's really a guess though. i wouldn't exactly know if i am right.
as for the new items i suggest, here are some.
_Jackal Shield_ you'll be able to duel wield with this and block all frontal melees, nades and bullets depending on how much health is left in the shield itself.
_Movable Turret_ lugging this thing around will make you as slow as the flag guy. does a hefty amount of damage when using to it to melee with. takes around 3 to 6 seconds to setup an drop. and no, you can't shoot while walking.
_Holster Weapon_we could push the right button on the D-pad to holster our weapon to run faster. And for a little added fun, bungie rips off the fighting controls from chronicles of riddick. i forgot what they were since i haven't played it for a long time. but, they were clever in the way it worked.
_Falling_ i personally think we shouldn't die right away as in Halo CE. but here's two things we should be given. if we fall from a high height, and continue running a la, halo 2; we should take damage from that fall as punishment for not prepping for the fall. during our fall we are given an option to prep for a non damaging landing. like pushing down on the D-pad in mid air, doing this, our character will land the safe way an be open for attack for 1 or 2 seconds to balance out the no fall damage.
_A.I._ A.I. in multiplayer should be a must. with different ways to tweak them for perhaps fun and funny moments in multiplayer.
