Subject: Arbiter's role in the game

I don't want to play as him in the game, but it would be cool to fight alongside him just like with Johnson on the Outskirts level of Halo 2. Arbiter was set up as an important ally in Halo 2, so to completly remove him from the end of the trilogy would be a mistake I don't think bungie will make.

Some people obviously prefer to go through the game skipping cut-scenes so they can PWN sum more n00bish Elitez. But people with an appreciation for the story understand why the Arbiter is there. On that note, I find playing as the Arbiter is great! The chance to be more stealthy as a break from run and gun tactics makes the game for me.

I hate to say it but I think the Arbiter will play a much smaller role in Halo 3.

I hope so. I don't want to play as him again.

But Arbiter is now an ally and it's the only one character who is able to help Jonhson and Miranda on Halo Delta : Do you really think that MC will return on Halo Delta ? This Halo will be forgotten ^^ fore sure !!! Arbiter will save Cortana on High Charity with Jonhson and Miranda's help and MC will go on Arc, which is into Earth
graet idea.

ARK*

They both have the same objective now, so I don't see why one would get more game time than the other.

Best. Post . Ever

You have better get out though mate, if someone sees intelligent thought in the H3 forum, its image will be forever ruined. I cant see how anyone could not think the Arbiter is 10x greater than the Cheif.

Cheif is a cool saviour and all but that is as far as he goes, the Arbiter is a crucial story element and to have him removed or tainted in any way would be a mortal sin.

As simple as it may seem, why put him into the story, when your not going to keep him for the finale?

Remember what the prophets said to the arbiter in halo2

"you will die, just as every arbiter has before you"

I wonder whether the arbiter has a big key role in this game to do with the ark.....
Maybe he will die, just as his fate had been decided, by using the ark to put the other halo's on a self destruct timer...
