I was thinking that a useful addition to the nades and plasmas would be some sort of proximity mine!!

Think of the possibilities...................very useful for creating an early warning alarm/defence system when snipein in a nest!

i way to dissuade tank hores if placed statigically..........what yall think??

yes that would fit into the halo universe because in the books ther are mines,
but they shouldn't be allowed in ctf.
casue other wise you could plant one on your flag so no one could take it

In the books they had an anti-tank mine, maybe they could include it, what were they called again?

Ok so this thread can exist but not SPACE BATTLES ONLINE?

Hmm, a lack of consistancy in the threads that are being closed.

But yeh, mines would cool on Team Skirmish only!

mines huh...seems like a major break in a fast paced game to me.

Cause yea I could see myself running through middy or lockout and just stopping to throw a few mines.

I could also see about 50 million of the cheapest camps using mines. It would be horrific.

Well, when you give people mines, then they sit around placing them everywhere, then start camping.. I have nothing against camping, it's a legal tactic, but in every game I've played that included mines, they're hard to avoid. You'd run down a hallways and suddenly explode.. Over and over. You can never tell where a mine would be unless it was in an obvious spot. Halo and Halo 2, in my opinion, are fast-paced action games, where mines would make it slower than it should be.
