I would hope not. Keeping him faceless keeps him powerful. Keeping him faceless doesn't show that he is human. Human beings can be killed, in comparison, we are fragile. If you saw John as human, he wouldn't be this Super Soldier who would stop at nothing to save the human race. If you could see his facial expressions, his emotions, then you would of course think of him differently. But I guess sometimes you can see his emotions anyway somehow. (Like in V for Vendetta with "V". If you've seen the movie you would understand)
Also, the helmet means everyone will like him. I mean, there might be some people (idiots) who don't like certain races, or if someone has sideburns, or a nose shaped in a certain way etc. so there'd be some people who wouldn't like the Master Chief because of his appearance. I'm sure it wouldn't be a really big group of people, but it would be less than what we have now, and I would not like that.
Anyway, I would not want to see his face, even if this is the last Halo and people are saying "how can you ruin it if it's the last one?". Well I say it would ruin it. It's like when someone dies, you want to remember them for something good (well, if you liked the person anyway). I would want to remember John as I see him now. Not see his face in the end of H3, be totally shocked, and that face stick in my head for the rest of my life. No, The Master Chief is faceless, he is powerful, he is strong. (I'm not really sure if that means anything, I just wanted to leave sounding philosophical and cool)
