Yes, I AM just that awesome.

Hats. I don't mean real life hats. I mean hats that you can put onto your character that you play as and walk around looking all badass in a hat.

I mean, just think about it, you can get hats by preordering the next game and completing objectives in the game, all to make your character look more badass and make you play the game more to show off your badassery. I mean, we all know how amazing hats make things.

Discuss the badassery of hats.

Got a question, comment, or concern? PM me.

It will be the best war based hat simulator since TF2!

TF2 did it right.

I agree with this.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

The Bungie's next game would have to be 100% free and get money solely on the sale of hats which is unlikely to happen.

I'm confused... why can't they sell the game AND the hats? Did they pass some sort of legislation I wasn't aware of that says a game has to be free if it sells hats?

Valve is the only company REALLY successful doing this. But I do NOT want Bungie to do this and pull an "Epic".

By "Epic" I mean by like Epic games and disk lock large amounts of in-game skins and content to be sold to the player again.

Ken... don't kid yourself. You know you'd buy all the hats to add to your swag collection. :P

I think their next game would be wildly successful if they included most of the Community Forum frequenters as NPCs.

No, not even that. Just random people throughout the galaxy who just make bad jokes and provide insight on things.

-From the unusual mind of TheUsualPsycho

TF2 Made it. TF2 Mastered it. TF2 Owns it.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”
- Dawes, A little bit of everything

I think hats would be entertaining, however only if they work with the game. I can imagine them being used in a game like Halo, maybe Call of Duty, but not Gears of War.

The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success.

The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.

As you waste your breath complaining about life, Someone out there is breathing their last. Appreciate what you have.

If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything.

No one likes Vanert's idea.

I don't see why Bungie would need a gimmick to make their game successful.

All they really have to do is make a great game, and it will be successful.
