could Halsey have had some form of, Forerunner memories planted into her, or a geas of some type?

I was wondering because in Glasslands it says that all these forerunner symbols seem to be familiar, like she had forgotten them.

It's just something i was thinking about. It seemed like the author was trying to point that this fact out yet still be subtle about it. IDk may not be anything, i was just wondering...

Well, she did study them for some time, so they'd seem familiar.

Yes i know, but it seemed to me as more like she was remembering it from a long time ago than simply noticing similar markings.

I havent read Cyptum nor Glasslands yet, but John also says the same thing in Halo: The Flood when he activates the first light bridge.

Oh I know. I'm dying to get my hands on Glasslands, but here in Spain it's really hard to get books in english. I'll eventually order Glasslands online when I get the chance.

My brother brought me Cryptum for christmas, but I still havent found the time to read it.
