The Halo REACH Script (post thoughts in thread)

Writing Lead of Whisper Studios. Check out Heron!

Look... I'm on bungiepedia!

Woww that would suck..I'd probably watch the movie first, just to brush up on my Halo story and see the great graphics (hopefully), then play some Halo 3 and finish the Trilogy with more outstanding graphics. Woohoo.

But if they come out on the same day "World's biggest sick day" will be an understatement =D

I would buy the game and go home and play it because a halo movie is going to be f.u.c.k.i.n. lame.

I'd not go see the movie alone, I'd bring all my friends. The probably won'tbe able to go on the day it's released so it would work out. If not, I'd see the movie then head home for an extended session of Halo.

Movie first cause that's how the storyline fits... right?

Blick, please don't bad mouth a movie that isn't even in production yet nor has actors. We don't know how it will be, but if I was going to predict something, the movie will be awesome!!! Peter Jackson: LotR, King Kong, enough said!!! And bungie, won't mess this up. It will outshine Spiderman 3 which looks to be the superhero movie of that season.

I would go see the movie and then play until my eyes closed. Though I would want to play Co-Op first and finish the story b/4 going Live!!!

Can't say that'd likely happen. Movies always release later in the week, as video games and music release earlier. Name one time a movie and game were released simultaneously? It's a bad marketing gimmick, plain and simple, it'd cancel out the max profit for that particular franchise.

If I had to pick, definately the game, screw the movie. I can always see that later, but I'll have a good reason to buy a 360 come 07'. Not to mention it'll be especially bug free, and hopefully cheaper.

Don't follow in my footsteps; I walk into walls
my 360s blog

plan for that day:
1.see early morning showing of film
2.buy game from adjacent supermarket
3. Dissapear for 6 months as I play Halo 3

Nah, they wouldn't do that.. If you space them apart it allows people to aqquire more money. (You heard all of those "I can't buy Halo 2 yet, no money" complaints)

I would first break into the game store at 11pm the previous night. Then I'd see the movie at the first showing, after I put the game into my tent that I would've been living it for a couple weeks. Lock it up tight, and see the movie a couple times. Since its in the summer, I don't have any worries about going to school. I just hope my sister doesn't take the car. I'll just have to take her car....

This is exactly why I'm spearheading an operation to clone myself so I could do both at once.

We must always fear evil men...
But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most
and that is the indifference...
of good men.

If I honestly absolutely HAD to choose I'd pick Halo 3. I'm sure the movie will be great but it's the games I love.

Here's what you do, you pre-order the game, so that when you get back from the movie, the game is waiting on your doorstep for you. Did that with Halo 2, once I got back from school that day, there it was in the mailbox.
