Your sentence doesn't really make sense, but I get what you mean.
Imo, the fact you spawn with AAs is the biggest issue with them. It disrupts the classic balance of Halo: everyone starting on equal ground (asymmetrical maps aside). Players no longer have to compete for abilities or even try to stay alive to maximise their usage. No longer can you make an educated guess about what your opponent might have picked up based on the game clock and map position.
It gets even worse since entire teams can use the same AA, which pretty much turns gameplay into a degenerative mess. Playing a team of camo users or armour lockers is just stupid.
