there are some competitive players that do like AAs, though very little, just as there are some competitive players that like bloom.

AAs aren't really an issue, at least not on their own. Loadouts allowing everyone to have them off spawn are the problem in my opinion.

Just look at Jetpacks in MLG; they're nowhere near as awful as they are in default where everyone can spawn with them.

If you are suggesting that I did not do well, I should inform you that those 200 games represent the first online games that I played since about a year after Halo 2 was released, which was roughly 5 years. I have improved significantly after the 6000 games I have played since then.

This is where I run into problems, hating AA as a loadout is almost a universal trait of players that refer to themselves as competitive, but there will always be an exception. This is the problem I ran into on the casual list, besides 1 and 5 (which are being removed for a new test) the others are fairly accurate, but there is always an exception. The more qualifications you list, the more exceptitions you start to create.

I feel like the best approach is to create a list of general parameters and the canadite would simply need to meet half at minimum. Example, there are 4 qualifications, and to be considered, the player must have at minimum 2, but the more the better.

So if that was to become a qualification, it would have to be "loadouts" specificly?

It's not a qualification, so don't even go there.
It's my personal opinion and can't be used to qualify anything because based on what I've seen over the past year some players dislike AAs regardless of their relation to the rest of the game, others don't mind them as pickups, and yet again some do in fact like them. And that's from both sides of the competitive-casual scale from what I've seen.

While I hate default bloom, I'd rather have something like 15% bloom than random spread.

Controllable spread is better than random spread.

Stop ignoring the actual arguments and stop answering the trolls.
Restarted and revised the experiment, I need qualifications for casuals as well as competitive players. Now that you have told me 20 times how wrong I am, why dont you tell me parameters that are up to your standards.
I see now who is the one ignoring the argument?

Check your other thread, you dumb -blam!-.

At some point I have to start drawing destinctions, and to the best of my ability to remember, 95% of those that claim to be competitive hate loadout AA. Are you suggesting this is a false notion and the actual percentage would be 70% dont 30% do? Maybe you could give me your impression of the percentage.

I'm not giving any numbers because they wouldn't be remotely accurate. They'd be from an extremely small sample size and would accomplish absolutely nothing.

I don't need to read 2000 lines of text to know that Reach is noob friendly.

lol.

Bungie was hoping the Arena would be the new best thing. It wasn't. I have only played a handful games of Arena.

I admit I played more social games of Halo 3 than ranked, but that was more due to laggy games, and hated losing only by a few kills due to lag.

I choosed to play social more, as if you had a laggy game, it didn't matter win or lose.

I do hope a True Skill system returns to Halo 4. I agree RAECH is noob friendly.

I like AA, but hope Halo 4 has Equipment and REACH AA return as new equipment with any required fixes.

I would still like to see an AA option for Custom and other unique games.

But the Halo 4 requires the Halo 3 Equipment. This showed more skill, because it was a once use, so using a Power Drianer at the correct or wrong moment could change the game for ggod or worse.

You were punished if you used the Equipment incorrectly. AA do not matter in REACH as you have unlimited use.

Serick Colver

Lets see:

Halo CE- For collectors.

Halo 2- Lots of fun.

Halo 3- A couple of good levels to play in.

Halo 3 ODST- Better Campaign.

Halo: Reach- Better Multiplayer and Forge.

I think Halo CE is because it is the original. It is the main story and the start of Halo. I know Reach is the start of Halo, but they ruined it with Advanced Multiplayer (don't get me wrong, I LOVE multiplayer in Halo). Halo is the story of Halo. The main Campaign and the perfect graphics for a casual game. Like I said, it's a collector's game.

If the following has ever happened to you on the flood: been butthurt, offended, angry from someone's post, feel like Nerd Raging . . . you have the right to SHUT UP

Also, if you play Reach this is YOU

yup, also has the dumbest players to ever traverse the xbox, even dumber than the cod community ... and thats saying a lot.
