Okay, let me give you an outline of what I want my game to play like:

A zombie starts on top of a long ramp, with humans spawning below. The zombie gets in a ghost and attempts to splatter the humans as they get up the ramp. If a human manages to reach the top, they get weapons that enable them to destroy the zombie.

Here are all the problems I'm having right now:

1) Is there a way to make the humans only be able to die by getting splattered? I don't want the Zombie to get out of his ghost and shoot the humans...

2) Currently, I have a little room that you spawn in when you are infected. This room allows you to see what's going on. However, when I tried out the game and killed the main zombie (he is the Alpha zombie), the round didn't end but the Alpha Zombie spawned in that room, which is not what I want. Is there a way to make the round end when the Alpha Zombie is killed? Or should I use regular zombies?

Set damage to zero for the zombies and give them a plasma pistol. Disable weapon pickup too so they can't just get out and pick up weapons from the people who died.

I tried setting Damage to zero for the Alpha Zombie but then he couldn't splatter them. Maybe I did something wrong, I'll try it again.

hmm... it is a problem I could try tweaking the mode to see if it will work for your map, though it would require me to have the map.

Try setting Melee damage to 0, while keeping regular damage at normal, and give the zombie a sword.
Melee damage at 0 means the zombie shouldn't be able to kill with melee, but will be able to kill with the ghost.
However, there isn't a way to keep the zombie from using the ghost bullets from shooting.

A fix to your second issue would be to have a single Initial Starting Point for Zombies, but all the Regular Respawn points for zombies to be in that one room, but if your alpha zombie ever dies, he'll be stuck.
If you set the games Lives per Player to 1, even if Zombie dies, you'll be set, but then the room is pointless.
