Eh, I still like Battlefield, but I'll give it a try. World War games are usually replaced and beaten by other WW Games within two years, and have a pretty low sell life. It may be classic, but not for long.

but have u seen the E3 demo? everything, from the soldiers to the land you walk on, are totaly accurate. and they recreated actual fights. not to mention the AI, wich follows your movements and counters your flanks. And the character sprites look... almost lifelike.

ya, i agree battlefield was cool and all, but (no offence to the game) it was a tad.... unrealistic. i mean, i doubt any marine could pilot a tank AND a plane.

ya no doubt its fun to have 16 team mates blasting another 16 ppl... but I (not being a fan of wargames) want one thats accurate to hwhat really happened. Like a VR history class (that i dont fall asleep in). Brothers in Arms looks like the game for me.

Same for me I'm truly a history nerd and I love to feast on these kind of games that depict our past realisticly.

I feel it necessary to point out that the people making Brothers in Arms are the same people that made Halo for PC.

I don't really think that means anything (except that you'll need a $10,000 video card to play it). Halo was practically already made, and just needed to be ported to the PC.

But you have to remember that it was Gearbox that made Halo PC so good. They allowed that transfer to happen successfully and, therefore, make the Halo PC experience the same if not better than the Halo X-Box experience.

Yeah I think that is one of the better WWII games out there. Battlefield is good but it's pritty repetitive.

Devil is Double is Deuce and Joker always trumps Deuce.

It's supposed to be awesome. But before you play it, I suggest watching Band of Brothers .

Here's a link:

Here it is.

Call of Duty was the best ive ever played. However, the only shortcoming was its lack of vehicles. Now UO looks... dominant.
