Yeah, that deals with the idea of an omniverse. Since 2/3 (I think) of the known universe is dark matter, that is why it expands. If dark matter had the same properties, the other universe would be exactly the same size. If it had opposite properties, where dark matter really was gravity, I think it would never truly exist and simply be an infinitely small point of matter, collapsed upon itself. Too speculative whereas what would happen if gravitational forces outnumbered dark matter.
I don't like the basics around the theory, but I haven't looked at the mechanics of it. Parallel universes are usually used to sataify shortcomings in the equation, but it could be fact.
I agree. Still, it is an interesting theory.
The people who think up new theories sometimes fall in love with them, and will create psuedo-theories just to support them.
