Real life? What is that?
Graphics are good, gameplay sucks. Overhyped IMO.

I don't want to help you. I'm sorry. =(

Hey,

So, I looked at the Mail Sack to see that there is an overall comedic bent to the responses (I feel like I'm 40 after that sentence.. And not in a good way.). This is great, no complaints, humor fo'ever. However, I've got a bunch of serious (but interesting.. To me at least) questions that I'd love to see answered. Anyone know about the tone for Mail Sack 2.0 and beyond?

Phil, the lame 40 year-old in a teenage body.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

LOL, you should read letters to the webmaster then. This is WAY more mature and off topic than those.

But, Deej seems to be filling in for the webmaster in answering questions while he is on his "pee break".

Who the hell do you think I am?

Whats wrong with some humor here and there?

I found the last one to be pretty stupid, in all honesty. The fact that "Will you answer my question?" was answered amongst several other legitimate questions was pretty disappointing to me.

2/15/12: Francisco Porras, I'll miss you. Rest in Peace.

The tone? I couldn't tell you, but the Mail Sack 2.0 thread has been locked. Deej has gotten his questions.

Yeah, a little fun keeps it from being boring. But, no one can replace the fun and whimsical nature of the webmaster. His replies are the stuff of legend.

I've read them, this feels like a nice homage.

I really don't mind a little humor. Just thought it might be cool for Bungie to field some serious questions regarding the industry as well.

They have to be careful what they answer. There are many question Bungie won't answer (not yet). But some of those questions require more than a 2 sentence response. Simple Bungie/net/Bungie Lore questions are the best.

Not stuff concerning the next IP, just general like "what do you think the affect of video games on popular culture is, and what do you think it will become?". And yeah, lore is awesome. Perhaps a mix?
