Soffish for everyone!
Art and Halo = my life... pretty much.
the ending is often done in kinetic type, though it is often "cool" it isn't always graphically appealing (though there are definitely ways to pull it off) Many people kinetic type design to the swiss grid, it makes the movements much more fluid, I liked a few things you did within the compositions including "years turns to decades". To make the ending more fluid I had a few suggestions I hope you will consider:
For starters, the type face you chose is ridiculously disconnected from the "Halo logo" and the feel of the voice, something with a few different weights for emphasis (there are a few other also a sans serif like Univers of something that would fit better).
For the entire transition, I would have all the text blur into one blurry halo logo THEN you can reduce opacity on the blur as you alpha in the halo logo.
I did like the clever fad to black in the end and you should consider doing transitions like that even between letters.
Also for the entire composition: the blur out after each word seriously cuts out the meaning of his words, I'd recommend a full blur after each sentence instead.
Edit: gosh I just re-read all of that and I want you to know:
I DON'T MEAN TO COME OFF AS PRETENTIOUS and wish for you to take this as helpful criticism :D I do think that the overall concept and most of the queues and execution are amazing, I just have designers OCD and those few things where bothering me <3 You clearly have talent especially for someone self taught
