Trolling is boring and getting banned is to much work.

I spend too much time here.. too much time indeed.

I tweet?

Commonsense and just being a decent person can get you by here. I've got both down... though I'm not always the nicest person you'll meet here.

The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success.

The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.

As you waste your breath complaining about life, Someone out there is breathing their last. Appreciate what you have.

If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything.

I'm not particularity cautious, i just use the site as i would like to. Bans come and go.

Feel free to send me messages, please be willing to wait 6-8 years for a reply.

1-7 hours if you at least tried to make it readable.

Immediately if you are Yax, Telec, or legendary.

Never if you are mythic, you guys smell funny.

I fail to see following the rules as a task, more like just posting like normal.

All was shattered, and all but memory lost, and one memory above all others, of him who brought the Shadow and the Breaking of the World. And him they named Dragon.

Of course you get some special recognition. If you make a small offense and your recent ban history is terrible then we are going to be more strict vs. someone who has a clean history.

It just happens. Trust me, as an Exalted member you really don't get any special recognition even though you've followed the rules forever.

I disagree, good sir. Do you recall the warning you gave me on the 12th of October in the year 2010? No, that would be odd if you remembered that. I lost my Exalted that day, for a typo caused by lack of sleep.

I suspect llamas are secretly wizards. I <3 poptarts n' milk. I like me. Grimick is defined as: a logical parodox, the act of funnaling a potato down your throat, and a deliciously flavored muffin (with pecons and blueberries). Norway is the Swedish word for 'moron'. My sister has cancer, so i get to use handicap parking and cut small children in line at Disneyland.

also i dont want my history to change, i have only been banned once, and it was legendary ;)

I am not one to complain! I know some day I will do something against the rules and the only thing between me and damnation will be my Exalted status. But it's not quite a get-out-of-jail-free card, and it shouldn't be. I mean just a gold border around my emblem, or a special icon every time I post in a thread would be nice, you know? :P

Now I'm obviously kidding, but a lot of the recognition is behind the scenes, and I fully expect it to be. If I got some crazy shiny medal for being Exalted then the Legendary versions of myself would want something to, and if Exalted members got something then why Fabled? If we were allowed to have nice things I might want more than what I have, but for now a blue bar and the ability to pretend to know the rules better than anyone else is enough.

And I don't really follow the rules, i just happen to stay within what is considered the correct way to act.

"Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind." - Albert Einstien

I follow the rules because they are the rules and there is no sense breaking them. In terms of motivation, I do so because it rewards me in the long run, either with community status or knowledge. These are not for bragging rights but for leverage to make my activities in on the forum matter.

Although I doubt anyone remembers me at all on these forums for really anything aside from criticism of forum management and user rights.

Still, any of you who wear those HGN avatars have me to thank. That kind of mark on the community is what I strive for. One that lasts even if I'm not recognized for it.

It's just I'm rarely banned when I do.

  • 01.05.2012 11:12 AM PDT

I used to try because... well, they were rules. I follow rules.

Now? I'm just me. I'm well aware I've crossed the line a few times in recent months and haven't gotten caught for it. I stay in the rules most of the time because I feel like it. I'm not really a troublemaker in my eyes. But I've had enough BS Bans where I'm not at the point of going, "If this gets me banned, -blam!- it."

So I follow them most of the time just because that's who I am. But at the same time, if I really, REALLY want to say something, I don't let them stop me anymore. Meh.

To be honest, the rules should always be followed and I follow them because that is why they were created. But mostly because I hate serving bans, it takes my time out of posting in the public forums, (I hate posting in private groups).

Real account.

Join me as we make new friends from different communities!

If you assign every letter of the alphabet a number, a is 1, b is 2, etc., and you take all of the values of the word "MATH", and add them, you get 42. So math is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.

I don't follow the rules, just that what I do doesn't break'em.

I used to be very strict on my posts, ensuring they broke no ruls before I posted. However, a mod wrongfully banned me (later rescinded) & this lost me my title, which was essentially what was keeping me absolutely in line. Nowadays, I just post what I want. Obviously I try to follow the rules, but if it's "on the borderline" thread & I want to post my opinion, then I will do so.

I was the 2nd to last person to get kicked off Halo 2, see the thread Here

It's not that I follow the B.net rules directly. I follow my own moral code which is pretty in-sync with the rules.

This is why we see so much whining when higher titles get banned and regular Members don't care at all. It's all about the titles, baby.

Nothing motivates me to follow the rules. I'm just naturally a person that does. Rules are there for a reason so I follow them. Simple as that.
