As for the reason why I posted this question in the first place, ie changing the matchmaking maps.
I have two discs of this game one which came with odst and one with the actual halo 3 game on it, but this occurs oddly enough irrespective of which disc I use, like I said some maps continually load up while others never do, some maps will suddenly change to something completely different on count down irrespective of what map that may be as though someone was changing the map.
All I wanted to know was if it was possible to actually change the map at will, and if not then how come the map is changing, other than veto I found no means by which to do this in matchmaking which seemed odd.
The suggestion of a dodgy disc is a good one but as I have two discs unless it is another person within the matchmaking collection of gamers then it cannot be so.
Lag was suggested also for some of the issues related to the cheating, but again this is something that happens not only to myself but to atleast one other using a much faster system than my own, so again a potential but does not seem likely.
All of the issues seem only to come from online games.
I know i'm a crap player but all competitive games need us crap players in order for the good players to be classed as good, if not for us crap players the good players would never be classed as good in fact many would be classed as the crap players themselves so lets not go down this line.
We know there are cheats on this game, we also know that the game is not equal, in fact one player I was reading was complaining about how bad the computer was at selecting players for him to play against on his new account and how he was being beaten all the time using his new account but on his old account he was one of the top dogs.
I thought that to be a bit odd if the game was equal his skill level should be the same, but it wasn't he claimed.
So clearly not equal.
