Ok, heres the video.

Plus, post number 6 on page 3 posted by Hoffgod said that the original Gameboy survived an AERIAL BOMBARDMENT from the 1991 Gulf War!! WOW, that is durable.

As interesting as this is, please post it in the Flood.

Wow, that's pretty cool. But PCs would pwn a wimpy little console like the GameCube anyday. Come on, does it play awesome games like Doom 3, F.E.A.R., Act of War: Direct Action, or Far Cry? I think not.

Well, its durability is still quite amazing, and plus it still works, don't you think after a massive weight beens dropped on it, it got hit by a steel hammer, plus dropped from around 20 feet, and still works, you'd think that would be amazing!

Most of nintendo's systems are quite durable. you can run over the game boy pocket with a car and it will still work, trust me, i tried it.

Dam, how fast were were you going man.

Wow, 400 pounds of force going over the gameboy pocket, plus with some velocity as well, you gotta think what ninento builds these systems with and how they make them. You would think they made it out of reinforced Titanium alloy and just for fun add an exemtrely small layer of diamonds to go on top of the systems too. :)

1. I wasn't driving.
2. about 15 mph.

seriously though, nintendo has made thier systems durrable as hell, just dont try it with the sp or ds, the flippy screen thing is fatal!!

Egh...gamecube...to me and to a few others, they've yet to shake off their "kiddie" image. I mean, it's nice and all if you try to cater to all audiences, but when you don't please your home market, the true-to-form gamer, you've got a huge problem on your hands there.

What Nintendo's been doing is steering the company so that it tries to please all crowds, from the soccer moms to the little tots. In doing so, they've lost focus of their target, most reliable audience, gamers like you and me. Hence, the shoddy-looking Gamecube (Purple? They made a console PURPLE???), that was outstripped by both the Xbox and PS2 in sales, and the gimmicky DS.

Hopefully, their next move'll be a smart one with the release of the Wii...this time around, it's Nintendo with the better-looking console in terms of aesthetics out of all three. And as for the controller...it's either going to win big or it's going to flop completely. There's not really an in-between with this controller. I've got my bet that it'll win, though. Remember Duck Hunt?

Hey, what about RE4??? that was frigging awsome! also, Wii is breaking off the kiddie image while still keeping it kid friendly. Red Steel is shaping up evey time I hear about it, and Metriod Prime 3 looks promising. also, the RE team is gonna most likely going to do some work with it, seeing as the hardware is an extention of the gamecube hardware. also, SSBB will have Zero suit samus (samus with no power suit) and Solid Snake. FUN FUN FUN!

I'd rather they just forget about the whole kid-friendly part and cater to their most loyal market...the gamer. I still think the N64 was their crowning achievement, and hopefully the Wii's gonna fulfill that legacy.

Still...off to a great start, eh? Gotta love the name. *rolls eyes* Dare I even repeat the numerous jokes?

The N64 was the best console of the 90's. Speaking of durability. I still have my old NES from like 1988. It still works just like it did right out of the box. The game cartridges are durable too. Can't scratch those...
