I acknowledge my user name is stupid. However, I promise I'm not.

If you still don't understand, it feels as if I am now reading the same things on this forum, day after day, after day.

Feel the same? Disagree? 1 v 1?

Bungie.Match.com: Our Johnson knows what the ladies like.

There's not much happening. It was inevitable that we would start a neverending cycle of threads sooner or later.

You'd think if less was happening, surely the community would become more creative to an extent, no?

Note: inb4 someone makes a parody thread of this to spite me ;)

This.

Soon this place will be bustling again. Soon.

As for this, because there is no frame of reference for what the next game will be any type of thread referring to it is a shot in the dark. We can be creative but, at least in my opinion, they'd be all for not.

It's a metaphor for the 07s' lack of identity. too old to be newfag, yet too new to be oldfag, we wander b.net in search of a home, forever trying to be something we are not.

This cycle has been going on ever since I first entered this forum.

I wasn't referring to creativity to do with Bungie's new game. However, I do see how you reached that conclusion.

Sometimes I feel the same. There's just nothing new to chew on.

Oops.

I think the lack of creativity stems from the overall "stale" attitude this place has adopted since bungie has gone dark. People are getting antsy, irritated; I honestly wouldn't want to post a thread that might start some flame war.

One such an example was the "Block User" thread. It got out of hand quickly. Ironically it was posted by a mod.

ISU Cyclones!

It was inevitable with the length that Bungie was going to be dark. Then once we do get some info we will cycle through questions, theories and revelations on that for a few months until we get the next batch of info.

Repeat ad infinitum.

Yours in _Kai_

I love that movie!

  • 01.06.2012 5:16 PM PDT

meh...

the community forum will always be stuck in the same cycle. once bungie comes back into the light, everyone will move over to the forum for that game while the community forum remains locked in the endless repetition

THIS.

No fo' realz: There is reoccurrence with threads, but what can we do, Bungie is in the dark.

  • 01.06.2012 7:23 PM PDT

The tide is turning, brothers! Let us take our kingdom back!

By the time Bungie comes out with new IP information, we'll be eating our own shoes from starvation.

Or has that started already?

Spread the love...

Cycle of the Community:

-bungie is active
-original threads spring up
-bungie goes dark
-the original threads are remade every week

Yup :) Sadly, I play a factor in the above as well.

Yep. I feel you, Rigz.

Mmmm... back up a little bit, girl. Dayum'.

Owait, wut?

OT: I've seen it in other forums, and it works very well. Why don't we begin making threads such as the 'official x thread', and then any new topics made about subject 'x' will then be moved to that thread simply as a post?

It becomes frustrating constantly typing the same thing in to exactly the same thread, that you posted in another one mere hours ago.
