That's the whole point of playing with and against other people. To improve and have fun. Without that drive to become better as time goes on, what's the point of playing with or against other people? You might as well as play a single player game, if you hate competition in general.

They aren't really ruining anything. At all. Maybe some of them have large egos because they can out DMR randoms, but they aren't ruining my Reach experience at all.
