Is anyone else beside me hoping the next game will play at 60 frames per second rather than the normal 30 fps for Halo 1&2 ? COD 2 ran at a buttery smooth 60 fps.

Anything higher than 30 fps will work for me!

I agree although im not one to notice or pay attention, As long as it doesnt lag and a target jumps 5 feet over in an instant i dont notice frame rate :P
Anything higher then 30 is great.
And on a similar note, I wouldnt mind a little load time if it ment the cinemeas displayed properly this time.

Crazy fool... Why do you always have to jump?! One of these days you're gonna land on something as stubborn as you are! ...And I don't do bits and pieces...

I would love anything over 30fps, and I agree, I dont mind a bit of loading, as long as the cinemeas are displayed properly this time around, that was probably one of my biggest annoyences in Halo 2, cause the scenes were so awesome, but it took away from it when it didnt display it correctly...

Frank O'Connor is a 12-year veteran of the videogame magazine industry and has therefore never worked an honest day in his life.

how many can the average eye see. i thought 15. anyways they should aim for a constant 45-60 FPS.

One shot: one kill, zero seconds to live

You should probably bet on it. Don't forget that Halo3 will be on the Xbox 360. Go get one if you haven't already and check out the wicked graphics!
