Did you ever notice that in the url it lists a number when you go to a forum, like the septagon (forumID=3)? Well, all of the forums have relativly low numbers, ranging from 1 to around 20 something. Well, with the Halo 3 forum, the forum ID is 105242. I was just wondering, what exactly is the reasoning behind the forum numbers (are they in chronological order?), and why is the Halo 3 forum ID so high?
Edit: Also, Optimatch has an odd number as well, 5576.
