I voted for potato, for the funnies of it, because I deny it distracts me.

In my opinion, ridiculous poll options (and the I don't care option) just take up space and mess up the polls statistics as people vote for them.

Who the hell do you think I am?

I get distracted by absolutely everything.

Oh look, a butterfly!

This man, this man right here put it so eloquently that I actually cancelled my own 2000+ word long post.

The person who said participating is important, not winning, obviously never won anything.

Polls with silly choices should be locked. As it shows that even the OP isn't serious about his topic.

Oh lighten up and taste the irony. Read the post two posts above, he got what it was about.

...Ok maybe 4 posts above, but I do like the look of that butterfly

Why are you reading my signature? Who actually opens these things and reads them!

And as always, SEND ME A PM. Please. Or really bad things will happen to you.

I think the silly answer skews results. Remember DO YOU LIKE PIE? the random option of a cookie really skewed the statistics I think.

Only if they're random and make me laugh.

23 votes for potato...

Classified.

I do. It irritating to see a "Poll" in a thread, and it has like 8 different options for you to vote.

Especially, when it's a "Yes" or "No" question...

  • 01.08.2012 5:16 PM PDT

It can be quite useful for weeding out people who impulse click or don't really care about the subject matter of the thread.

It's always best to have a "Yes" option, a "No" option, and a "Don't care" or "POTATO/random" option that all the trolls click on.

You can always tell that an op doesn't want the real answer to their question if the put a random answer as one of the choices.

  • 01.08.2012 5:41 PM PDT

I do get distracted and I like it.

I suspect llamas are secretly wizards. I <3 poptarts n' milk. I like me. Grimick is defined as: a logical parodox, the act of funnaling a potato down your throat, and a deliciously flavored muffin (with pecons and blueberries). Norway is the Swedish word for 'moron'. My sister has cancer, so i get to use handicap parking and cut small children in line at Disneyland.

"Don't eat doughnuts on thin ice."

"The pancake, my friend, has officially been flipped."

I dont mind them if it isnt that serious of a question. Otherwise I find them annoying, but that has only happened once. I usually dont mind.

Here the results would be skewed because you're blatantly pointing it out, but if you switched the discussion topic to something else then it would work.
