If you are refering to what Frankie said in the Weekly Update, he actually said that you can use an iPod or flash drive to put the wallpaper into your Xbox 360. If you aren't, then I don't know what I'm talking about.

I don't know, and I really need to cause I want to place them on my nano too...

I did it so I can help,
1:First hook up your ipod nana to your comp.
2:Save the Wallpaper you want in a new folder or a pre-existing folder.
3:Next go to itunes page, on the bottom right you will see 4 or so buttons, click on the Ipod options button.
4: Click on the ipod tab, then click on the photos tab.
5: Next Click on the Synchronize photos from box.
6: scroll down to custom folder then select the folder that you put the photo in.
7: Click on the Include full-resolution photos box.
8: Hit OK
9: Wait for your ipod to update.

There you go that should put it on your nano, You can check the number of photos you have on the bottom right of the itunes page where you clicked on the ipod options button.

If you need more help feel free to private msg me for more information.

Hoped this helped

If you happen to have a celibate iPod like mine, and it doesn't like "interfacing" with your 360, then your best bet is to put the images on a disk. I think it's easier anyway.
