Who the hell do you think I am?

Well if it's because of age restrictions then there is a reason you can't download it. There is nothing that needs to be "fixed".

thank you and actually there is if someone working at bungie where to view my account then they could fix this by punching in a new date in their company data base

you see its not the matter of my age its the matter of support from bungie. i have done this before and i have been cleared to do as i wish on my account and would like to change this

... I'm laughing REALLY hard right now, but I'll still try to help.

Thread maker, yes, it is a matter of your age. Either your parents gave you a child account or your Xbox is set to that. You need to go to your Xbox 360 dashboard and turn off parental control settings. then you will be able to play whatever games you want. Nobody here can nor will help you in that regard.

Edit: I would also HIGHLY advise you edit your e-mail and WLID out of your posts. The only thing that will happen by posting those here is you getting your account stolen and your inbox filled with spam.

It is a matter of your age. If your Xbox 360 has age restrictions on it then you shouldn't be allowed to download anything "mature." Everything is working as it should.

I'm not even sure why you're posting here anyway.

Bungie is no longer managing the Halo Universe. While our Halo-related forums and stats remain available, be advised that "official" answers and support about the Halo Universe (past, present, or future) are not.

Nothing needs to be fixed...

Not sure what you're getting at here. Bungie doesn't have anything available for download anyway.

Bungie cannot assist you - you need to contact Microsoft's Xbox Live support to straighten out your settings. As you no doubt noticed when you made your post, Bungie is no longer managing Halo, and cannot provide support for it. And, even if we were, this is still an Xbox Live/Windows Live ID problem, and you still would need to contact Xbox Live Support and get them to help you fix up your permissions.

If you're trying to access content but blocked from doing so because of parental settings, you should see this page.

Chances are that you're also under a family plan on Xbox Live. If you don't know the password to the parental account, that is something you need to sort out with the owner of that account. Here is more information.

If you want to get an immidiate response from the Xbox Live Support team, you can tweet them on their twitter account here.
