Lots of new stuff is mentioned with no explanation.
Have you read any of the earlier books?! It is almost the exact same writing style!
Glasslands was excellent. Just because people had a different personal perspective of the universe doesn't mean it's bad.
[SPOILERS]
Let's see...
The book takes place IMMEDIATELY Halo 3 before the memorial on March 3rd.
Why does Rtas want to see Sanghelios to make sure it is safe when they were just there?
Mjolnir MK. VII is just dropped in a single sentence without elaborating on how or where it came from.
Somehow humanity has a good understanding of Forerunner drives right after Halo 3 ends and are implementing them into old ships.
It's somehow OK for Osman to drop classified data in front of a bunch of ODSTs.
Elites are OK with brutes bit have a general hatred for Humanity? WHAT
Also, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING REMOTELY INTERESTING HAPPENS ON ONYX.
And First Strike happened IMMEDIATELY after Halo 1. Fall of Reach was IMMEDIATELY before Halo 1. What's your friggen point?
Cole Protocol just added "spare fuel" to drop pods. It also didn't have anything to do with Grey Team being "deployed so deep they couldn't be recalled," which is why people wanted to hear more about them. Contact: Harvest came up with some half-baked origin on brute vehicles. It also had an awkward sex scene in it. I fail to see how dropping tech in a book is unusual. This was an ONI mission, ordered by the TOP ONI official. That explains just about anything.
Humanity would have a good understanding, as they had all the information from Cortana post Halo 1 and Halo 2. Think outside the box. Don't just close your eyes, pick a random fact, and try to argue it.
The Brutes didn't betray the Sangheilli, the prophets did.
You failed to make any coherent, solid arguments. Try to prove something to yourself before you spout it at me.
1.The point is the UNSC could not possibly pull the resources to do the stuff. It is also pretty illogical aswell. Arming the people that want to kill you? Smart move ONI.
2. Cole Protocol explaine Thel's backstory, Grey Team, created the Rubble (and EXPLAINED IT), gave a new look on the Kig-yar human relationship. Contact Harvest showed Johnson's backstory, created the Stanchion, showed what Innies do, highlighted the Sangheli-Brute relationship pre-schism, explained engineers, explained the first UNSC-Covenant contact, explained why the Covenant are fighting humanity, ect..
3. What?
4. And the Brutes and Elites hated eachother to begin with. If the Covenant no longer exists, all that hate can flow freely.
