I am a Floodian

I find it interesting, that even though bungie has stated that they do not make games based on what we say, unfortunately, popular fusion continues to grow, a group that is trying to tell bungie what they should put in a game.

but, whatever

XBOX User Space profile

Yes, but 850 people is nothing compared to the entire halo population. they are merely a small percentage with no real power.

And we usually just talk about what we want in H3 and defend our ideas.

I like the thread. Some of the large groups are active and fun.

Skillet was here and referred to himself in the third person.

Since you have a 16th largest group...why not just make it a full 20 largest groups?

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial. And it is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves the flag, whose coffin is draped in the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag.Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC

whats the ppoint of have 20 when the lower 5 or 10 keep changing?

I'd be happy to address to you why I continue the seeminly uphill fight in a private PM, as it is a question of the leader of Popular Fusion (me). However, I think Bunige would be amiable to listening if we presented them with an organized list of what the Halo community wants, and gave it to them free of legal attachments *a contract that all of our members must agree with to have their ideas submitted*.

Bungie already stated no matter what they will not take fan-submissions b/c of legal reasons. I don't think you can draw up a legally binding contract being that your only 14 nor can any of the members of your group that are under 18 sign it legally.

They do not have to sign, they merely have to consent. And I am not fourteen, nor do I boast claims to my members without sufficient backup for my statements. Again, I would be happy to explain the justification of my fervent believe in the plausibility of the Popular Fusion mission, over a PM or IM conversation--but we all nevertheless have to keep this thread on topic, or else it will be locked.

There is no justification no matter what brilliant skeem you've thought of Bungie resides in the United States which clearly states in there laws that no minor (under 18) can legally consent to anything by signing a contract. Nor obviously can someone under 18 write a legally binding contract. That's the law there is no 2 ways about it.

This is essentially the donation of intellectual property to Popular Fusion, which will in turn be liscensed to Bungie. We are in essence, the middle-man, who assumes all liability.

Bungie can't legally take any material from minors and add it into there game its still illegal. They have to have some sort of contractual consent they won't get sued which 99% of your members can't legally give.

That's not true, you can implement policy in the Terms of Use on your website that you the site owner can take any content posted by your members and use it as you see fit. Bungie has a policy like this on their site currently, as to many "group contribution" sites, like blog sites and what-have-you.
