"If you're not remembered, you never existed"
Halo: Reach>Halo: Combat Evolved>Halo 3> Halo 3: ODST>Halo 2
I do not think that the hologram in the trailer was Dr. Hasley. She is oldER. NOT OLD. She is not freaking 70. SHe is in her 40's i think. The book says something about when john is looking at her he notices that she has ages and stuff. IF she was 70, you DEFINITLY would notice aging. THAT and Hasley is 20 something when the project starts, and John is 10. So you figure he is 30 something now, and she is 40 something. Or maybe they are BOTH younger. NO way is she 70. Whoever said that, is stupid. But also, whoever said that is Hasley in the trailer may not be completely off...
Jonrap asks,
My wife didn't recognize Cortana when she watched the announcement. I thought Cortana looked exactly the same. But my wife is smarter than me. So, I better ask.
Is Cortana any different? She seems somehow different. My wife didn't recognize Cortana when she watched the announcement. I thought Cortana looked exactly the same. But my wife is smarter than me. So, I better ask.

A: Women know things John. I don't know how they do, they just do.
It could be a "different" cortana (and by that I mean a Cortana with a different state of mind), or it could be a different person. Also, the whole lightning thing, i think that is lightning in the visor. NOT a spartan communicating with them. Although, i think there could be spartans in this game. In fact, i think that the banshee pilots are spartans but they took them out of the trailer so that no one could pause and freeze-frame and ruin the story. Because if you notice....the banshees are empty. My friends and I have all done it. THEY ARE EMPTY. Also, when the banshees come in, there is music like a triumphant victory, or the arrival of cavalry. Therefore, I think they are spartans that were edited out of the banshees, personally. Those are my thoughts, take them or leave em.
